Ward R. Anderson

Ward Anderson is the Managing Shareholder of the firm; born in Minneapolis, MN, March 14, 1954; admitted to the Bar, and the Minnesota and U.S. Tax Court in 1980; U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota 1990. Education: Bethel College (B.A. with Highest Honors, 1976); University of Minnesota (J.D., cum laude, 1980). Member: Dakota County and Minnesota State Bar Associations.

Ward Anderson has more than a quarter century of experience in tax matters, including tax planning to minimize adverse tax consequences, planning the optimal organization structure for business, and handling disputes with tax authorities. He has extensive background in representing clients in procedures and disputes involving the Internal Revenue Service, the Minnesota Department of Revenue and the Minnesota Department of Economic Security.

Ward Anderson was raised in Washington, Iowa and his favorite conversational topics are All Things Iowa, Bethel football and his last round of golf.
